Materials are as described, all earrings are designed for pierced ears unless otherwise stated.

Care has been taken to ensure that descriptions are accurate but because each product is hand-made colours and product dimensions may vary slightly and should therefore, only be used as a guide.

Length of earrings includes fishhook.

Measurements of bracelets, necklaces and chokers are given at their shortest length but all have a 50mm sterling silver extension chain unless description states otherwise

All earwires are made from sterling silver

All jewellery products are supplied in a giftbox.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please e-mail us at info@si-an.co.uk and return it in its original condition to si-an 86a Harrogate Road, Chapel Allerton, Leeds, LS7 4LZ within 7 days for an exchange or refund.

Please note that pierced earrings and customised items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable and unfortunately postage costs cannot be refunded.

Please allow 14 days for delivery (UK only).

In the unlikely event that you receive your item(s) in a faulty/damaged state, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods, these items will be dealt with in accordance with our returns procedure. Please note that refunds and exchanges do not apply if we reasonably expect that the item has been worn or damaged in any way.

Jewellery items are guaranteed for a period of six months from the date of purchase. This guarantee only covers manufacturing defects and excludes damage and/or defects caused by fair wear and tear and accidental damage
